Coldspring Newtown was established in 1975 as an oasis in the City. Designed by world-famous architect Moshe Safdie, it offers the best of city living in the middle of a park-like setting. 

 

When Coldspring was built, an existing swim and tennis club was incorporated into the new community and, following major renovations, it became a major part of the community’s social life.
